Fingerprint Requirement

New York State Law now requires that all employees new to the district must be fingerprinted. Please note, there is a $102.00 non-refundable, fee for this service. You can contact Morpho Trust by going to their website at www.identogo.com and clicking New York State on the map for further directions or by calling (877) 472-6915. Morpho Trust may ask you for an ORI number which will be the letters
T E A C H. If you have previous fingerprint clearance in the New York state public school district system please provide appropriate documentation to Minisink Valley Human Resource department.

School District Treasurer

  • Temporary full-time position with possibility of becoming permanent 10 month position + additional days as needed
  • Responsibilities include:

    • Maintain General Ledger, Revenues and Expenditures for all Funds
    • Complete Monthly, Quarterly, State, Federal, IRS, and other filings in timely manner
    • Prepare account reconciliations, monitor cash flow and cash management
    • Maintain fixed assets and scholarships

  • Qualifications:

    • 4 year accounting degree
    • Knowledge of Finance Manager/nVision software
    • School Business and/or auditing /tax experience preferred
