The Minisink Valley Central School District covers 115 square miles and our buses travel over 1 million miles per year. We have a fleet of 86 buses and two bus runs, one for students in grades 6-12 and one for students in grades K-5. In addition, we provide bus service for various athletic and extracurricular events.

Deadline date for NON-PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION REQUESTS is April 1

Parents of students living in the Minisink Valley Central School District seeking transportation for their children who will attend a non-public school next year must submit a written request by April 1. Applications are available on the website under Forms / Publications or they can be picked up at the Transportation office or the non-public school you are currently or plan on attending. The completed application must be returned, by April 1 to Minisink Valley Central School District, Attn: Delos D. Luther II, Director of Transportation, PO Box 217 Rte.6, Slate Hill, NY 10973. Completed applications may also be faxed to 355-2813. Questions should be directed to the transportation department at 355-5141.
