Kindergarten Registration
2025-26 Kindergarten registration packets are now available online, eliminating the need to print and write by hand. Simply complete the registration packet from your computer or Smartphone and email it to Registrar Diane Super at dsuper@minisink.com .
Please do so before your in-person registration appointment in April.
Appointments can be made by clicking the appropriate link below. The calendars opened Feb. 7.
Prepare for your in-person registration appointment:
Email the completed registration packet to dsuper@minisink.com prior to your appointment. This will be printed and ready for your signature on the day of your appointment.
On the day of your appointment, you must bring the following documentation with you:
Child's birth certificate
Proof of child's immunizations and recent physical exam
Parent/guardian photo identification
Proof of residence
Custody papers (if applicable)
