Congratulations to Freshman tennis player Ethan Rodriguez, who qualified for state competition based on his second-place finish in the recent Section IX finals!
“We’re cheering Ethan on,” said Athletic Director Tim Bult. “He’s the first Minisink Valley tennis player in a decade to qualify for states. Competition will be in a world class venue, and we wish him the best of luck.”
State competition begins tomorrow, May 31, at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Flushing Meadows-Corona Park, N.Y.
