Congratulations to the five High School Winter 2025 sports teams who have been named by the New York State Public High School Athletic Association (NYSPHSAA) as Team-Scholar Award recipients.
To qualify as a team, 75% of a team’s average GPA for the season must be equal to or greater than 90%.
"These teams serve as wonderful examples to all our athletes, said Athletic Director Tim Bult. “This recognition acknowledges these teams’ commitment to academic achievement and athletic excellence. Congratulations to our student-athletes, their coaches and families for their dedicated efforts."
At the end of each sports season, the NYSPHSAA honors those teams and individuals that excel in the classroom, and recognizes them for their academic success.
Boys Swim & Dive: 93.554 GPA
Girls Basketball: 93.228 GPA
Girls Indoor Track: 92.495 GPA
Boys Indoor Track: 90.622 GPA
Competition Cheer: 90.516 GPA
