Congratulations to Senior Ryan Capo, a member of the Varsity Boys Cross Country team which competed today, Nov. 6 at the Section IX Cross Country Championship at Bear Mountain! Ryan came out of the block strong and finished fifth in his race with a time of 16:20 and qualified for States!
He’ll be representing Minisink Valley at the NYSPHSAA Cross Country Championships on Saturday, Nov. 16 in Queensbury.
The boys and girls varsity teams also fared well, with the boys team finishing in sixth place and the girls finishing in seventh place. Congratulations and well-done to all!
