Congratulations to the nine High School Fall 2024 sports teams who have been named by the New York State Public High School Athletic Association (NYSPHSAA) as Team-Scholar Award recipients.
To qualify as a team, 75% of a team’s average GPA for the season must be equal to or greater than 90%.
“This recognition acknowledges these teams’ commitment to academic achievement and athletic excellence," said Director of Athletics Tim Bult. "They serve as wonderful examples to all our athletes. Congratulations to our student-athletes, their coaches and families for their dedicated efforts."
At the end of each sports season, the NYSPHSAA honors those teams and individuals that excel in the classroom, and recognizes them for their academic success.
Girls Swimming and Diving: 94.62 GPA
Girls Cross Country: 94.27 GPA
Boys Cross Country: 94.21 GPA
Girls Soccer: 91.85 GPA
Girls Tennis: 91.05 GPA
Boys Soccer: 90.56 GPA
Volleyball: 90.46 GPA
Game Day Cheer: 90.31 GPA
Football: 90.22 GPA
