Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or closely related field and six (6) years of experience in public information, public relations, journalism, or closely related field; OR
Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or closely related field and eight (8) years of experience in public information, public relations, journalism or closely related field.
